Meet AISC
Meet AISC is a free group scheduling tool from AISC Madrid. Share a link, let everyone mark when they are available, and find the time that works for the whole group without the back and forth.
What it does
- Create an availability poll for any event and share its link.
- Guests mark their availability in the browser. No account required to respond.
- See everyone's availability overlaid so the best time is obvious.
- Optionally connect Google Calendar to fill in your availability automatically and to create the final event, with a Google Meet link, once a time is chosen.
Why Meet AISC asks for Google Calendar access
Connecting a calendar is optional. When you choose to connect one, Meet AISC reads your existing events only to pre-fill your own availability, and creates a calendar event on your behalf when you schedule the meeting. Your calendar details are never shown to other participants.
